Vegan Banana Bread: A Plant-Based Delight

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

Mash 3 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.

Stir in 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil and 1/2 cup of maple syrup.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well.

Fold in 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.

Optionally, add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

 Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
