Brown Patties: Sear the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.

Shape Patties: Form the mixture into oval-shaped patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Prepare Meat: Mix together 1 lb of ground beef, 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, and seasoning.

Brown Patties: Sear the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides.

Saute Onions: In the same skillet, sauté sliced onions until golden brown and tender.

Make Gravy: Mix together 2 cups of beef broth, 2 tablespoons of flour, and seasoning in the skillet.
