Healthy fruit pizza recipe

 Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Crust: Roll out 1 package of refrigerated sugar cookie dough onto a pizza pan to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, then let it cool completely.

Blend Marinade: In a blender, combine all spices, garlic, Scotch bonnet, soy sauce, oil, lime juice, green onions, and onion. Blend until smooth.

Make Cream Cheese Frosting: Beat together 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.

Spread Frosting: Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.

Prepare Fruit: Slice an assortment of fresh fruits such as strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, and grapes.

Arrange Fruit: Arrange the sliced fruits in a decorative pattern on top of the frosting.

Apply Glaze (Optional): Brush the cooled glaze over the fruit to give it a shiny finish.

Make Glaze (Optional): In a small saucepan, mix 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Cook until thickened, then cool.
