Flavorful Beyond Meat Meatloaf: A Plant-Based Twist on a Classic Dish

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, mix 1 package of Beyond Meat ground "beef," 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of diced onions, and 2 minced garlic cloves.

Add 1/4 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and 1 teaspoon of dried thyme.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix until well combined.

 Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.

 Spread additional ketchup over the top if desired.

Bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

 Let cool slightly before slicing and serving this delicious plant-based meatloaf.
