Crispy Falafel Deligh

Soak Chickpeas: Soak 1 cup of dried chickpeas in water overnight.

Drain and Rinse: Drain and rinse the soaked chickpeas thoroughly

Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, blend chickpeas, 1 chopped onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of coriander, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until coarse.

Add Binding Agent: Mix in 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour or chickpea flour to bind the mixture.

Form Patties: Shape the mixture into small patties using your handzz

Heat Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Fry Falafel: Carefully fry falafel patties in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Drain and Serve: Once cooked, drain falafel on paper towels and serve hot with tahini sauce or in pita bread with your favorite toppings.
