Bradley Buhr, Wichita man Death & Obituary: In a tragic incident, a young motorcyclist from Wichita has passed away following a collision on K-42. The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that 19-year-old Bradley Buhr succumbed to his injuries at 4:48 p.m. on Thursday, just a day after the accident.

The accident occurred on Wednesday night at approximately 9:54 p.m. Buhr was riding his 2007 Suzuki GSX-R1000 eastbound on K-42 when he collided with a 2015 Chevrolet Impala, which was also traveling eastbound. According to Lt. Nathan Gibbs of the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, preliminary investigations suggest that speed might have been a contributing factor on the part of the motorcycle.

Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene, and Buhr was transported to a nearby hospital. Despite the medical team’s efforts, he could not survive the severe injuries sustained during the crash.
